No worries, but its the middle of the day here. What, are you on the other side of the world or something?? Oh, I see.....mlittle wrote:You know, rah, now that I think of it, you're right. What was I thinking(this is what happens, rah, when you combine near-90 degree Fahrenheit temps and over 60% humidity...it begins to put a strain on one's thinking)?
Edit #2
Ferrari:Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello
McLaren:Juan Pablo Montoya and Kimi Raikkonen
Williams:Nick Heidfeld and Dan Wheldon
BAR-Honda:Danica Patrick and Anthony Davidson
Sauber:Takuma Sato and Felipe Massa
Renault:Fernando Alonso and Giancarlo Fisichella
Red Bull:Christian Klien and Scott Speed
Jordan:Tiago Montiero and Mario Haberfeld
Toyota:Jarno Trulli and Tony Kanaan
Minardi:Narain Karthikeyan and Patrick Friesacher
These should be better choices, since the heat/humidity have fallen for the evening.

No, rah, I'm from North Carolina, just far enough south on the Eastern U.S. seaboard to get slammed by every hurricane during the summer and just far enough north to get caught in every major snowstorm/icestorm during the winter.
Oh, and the IRL, graham? The letters stand for the Indy Racing League, one of the two major open-wheel racing series in the United States. But don't worry, NASCAR, that "stock-car" series, is, unfortunately, the dominant racing series in America at the moment.
As far as 'wild dreams'...hey, in this day and age, anything is humanly possible. BTW, when you looked at my last set of picks(edit #2) did you notice that I had, besides 3 IndyCar series drivers listed(Wheldon, Patrick and Kanaan), I had 2 Americans(Patrick and Speed) listed as well. Now that's wild dreams, graham.

Good point, julian. I'll refrain from adding another edit to my picks, so I guess edit #2 will suffice for now.
Oh, graham, I didn't mean to sound flippant on my last posting, okay. As far as what day it is right now, it's 11:45 PM Eastern Daylight 23 June 2005(that would be, 0345 UTC, 24 June, if I'm not mistaken) as I'm writing this, so its' still Thursday(barely).

Don't worry my friend. Salvation will be yours soon. With the recent success in China, the greatest motorsport in the world will overtake all. And considering no-one in the world drives the cars except us Australians, it will be greatest victory off all.mlittle wrote:No, rah, I'm from North Carolina, just far enough south on the Eastern U.S. seaboard to get slammed by every hurricane during the summer and just far enough north to get caught in every major snowstorm/icestorm during the winter.

By the way, if you see a balding shap wandering around Carolina called Tony Cochrane, make him feel welcome. You wont regret it.
