As an anti-Ferrari yes I would back Rubens. He'd been well ahead during the race in Austria and everyone would have backed him up to the last corner...now there's no point backing him to win unless Michael has won the WDC or dropped out the raceKapel wrote:Sgd, i agree with you that not letting Rubens compete with Michael is bad...but only for Rubens!!!
I can bet that all you non-ferrari supportors would never support or back Rubens even if he's allowed to compete against Michael. So dont even mention it.

Hey you're bringing the team order scenerio back....I mentioned its a bad thing what they do to Rubens at Ferrari, but one cant tame them as CHEATERS b'cos of that.
Team orders have prevailed in F1 in all teams since its inception(Do i remind you of Mclaren in AUS'98 ).I bet you'd not call them Cheaters rgt??

An F1 Idiot!!!
Wow!! 1.you almost made my point: you agree is bad for Rubens, so it's advantage for MS, so: How can you call CHAMPION a driver with such an odds?? ... (that is my point) (I don't want to say that he is a bad driver, slower or faster that anyother, he, no dubt, was a Champion in past, but last years...Kapel wrote:Sgd, i agree with you that not letting Rubens compete with Michael is bad...but only for Rubens!!!

2.i'm not a non-ferrari supportor, I'm a anti-ferrari-tactics. And how can you assure that I (and even ANY non-ferrari supporter!)would never support or back Rubens? Think about it: let's suppose I'm brazilan... what do you think I'd feel about this situation?? would I backed ferrari tactics? would I support RB in case he'd be allowed to race? in fact you can talk only for yourself, also see what said lemon_martini2...
btw, I'm NOT brazilian.

hey guys, just joined up so thought i would add my two cents.
ferrari arent cheating as such its just everything in f1 is stacked in ferrari's favour. they are the only team that turns testing into a revenue scheme, bridgestone pay ferrari 30 odd millon dollars a year to test their tyres. every team has to pay ferrari money, the excuse is "to recongise the the achivement to the sport". ferrari spend about 100 million a year on their engines which is about half of what they spend, minardi on the other hand spend 35 million for everything plus they have to pay ferrari. not exactly fair is it!! they dont have team orders, no team do, actively but who would ferrari prefer to win!!
you may by now think i dont like them but that is not the case just i have four best mates in verious teams so i find out some extra gossip

2005-03-04, Flavio Briatore:"I think the demands from our audience are very simple: people want one thing, and that is to see a good race. Our basic job is to make a car, organise races and then produce a championship where the drivers can overtake, fight each other and compete for the title until the last races -- and it does,'t matter that those drivers are from the same team if they are allowed to fight each other. Recently, Ferrari haven't let their drivers do that."

At least when McLaren won everything in 1988,it was a cracking contest between Senna and Prost to see who'd win...can't imagine either of those two moving other and letting the rival through...

some ask why i complain about the sutation whan the teams are not... not????
The teams wrote a letter to Montemezolo...the letter, which was copied to Todt and distributed to the media by the signatories, brands Ferrari’s attitude as “highly disrespectful to the sport” and urges the Italian team to align itself with the 30-day scheme.
.....
but that say BAR is terrific!!:
That argument (ferrari saying that they are the only top'team with bridgestone...) cuts little ice with BAR team principal Nick Fry, who told the Sunday Telegraph: “For them to claim they are a special case because they are the only major team who use Bridgestones is like waving a red rag to a bull.
“In effect they have a bespoke tyre while the others are on Michelins. While we get quality we have limited options from our supplier and have to compromise.
“There is no shared information, as Ferrari suggests, because we are competitors.”
Fry added: “Ferrari’s decision to go it alone in testing shows flagrant disregard for the rest of us and gives them an unquestionable edge. They have been running and developing their new car day after day on private tracks.
“If Michael Schumacher gains another world championship it will be a hollow championship.”

That is very similar to what i said before!!

1.The whole team works only in ONE driver and the second one is NOT allowed to win if this affects the FIRST driver.
2.This season ferari will be barking a test-limiting agreement which signed 100% of their competitors.
3.Ferrari is receiving more money from F1 then any other team.
4.Ferrari preferencial treatment by F1... ferarri ideas becoming rules...
5.....
Do you know more?
so... they don't just cheat, but cheat*chat*cheat*chat (4!!)!! (at least)
