gkaytaz wrote: Yeah, that's pretty much the very first rule newcomers get to learn here :) As for the vest and helmet... I happen to own the ugliest Gore-Tex jacket ever manufactured (don't get me started on the color). Any kinda bullet would refuse to go near it, let alone through. Got the helmet thing covered too: the wife has a full set of woks and pans which she never uses for cooking. So I might just as well put them to good use.
What does she use them for ?
Her cooking proved to be more dangerous than the bullets, so we came to an agreement: no fires lit except the fireplace in the living room :) Well, that was years ago of course. Since then many things have changed (bought her a new set of Teflonware). But then, no one asked me since when I own that Gore-Tex and the frying pans

Food is restocked for anyone wanting a snack. Mini pizza, mini quiche, antipasto platter and chips, bikkies and dips. There are half a dozen mini ham and cheese croissants BUT they are strictly for Julian and anyone caught snaffling them will be severely dealt with by Mr Wooden Spoon!!!
Enjoy!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Things are looking bright, especially is, like me, you follow North American motorsports(a/k/a ChampCar and the IRL); both have races this weekend, they're both on road courses(Montreal-Gilles Villeneuve Circuit; Sonoma-Infineon Raceway) and both races have championship implications. Like I said, things are definitely looking bright for the weekend. :havefun:

I agree totally. Dinner out Saturday night, followed by drinks and a few games of cards. If I get home in time, watch the World Poker Tour (or record it) then Sunday the return of the GP!!!!! Who could ask for anything more.

Additionally I am trying to work in an early brunch before heading to the track.
