Alonso leads Trulli by 1.2 seconds on lap 2. Button appears to have a terminal problem!

Lap 4 and Alonso leads Trulli by 1.5 seconds. Fisichella in 3rd ahead of Webber, Ralf Schumacher, Raikkonen, Heidfeld and Coulthard.

Montoya in 10th, Barrichello 11th, Michael Schumacher in 13th

Honda shows you can do worse than FERRARI even if their performance sucks through Bridgestone.............................. :D sorry for Jenson and Anthony..............

Lap 6 and Alonso is now nearly 4 seconds ahead of Trulli and Fisichella is only 1.2 seconds behind.

ED - thanks for keeping us up to speed on the race! :)

Maybe we should get some Vegas or MGs for the Ferraris - even kart tyres would be better than the B'stones.

why'd the Minardi stop?

PS-I get the race with Japanese commentary and I don't speak the language. Please help. :)
