Michael hits the barrier causing yellow flags and all those behind lose time!

Alonso was faster and despite losing time in the 3rd sector he nearly got pole. He was 0.064 off Michael's time!

This will be another controversial move from Michael

So Michael starts from Pole with Alonso in second.

Webber in 3rd ahead of Raikkonen and Fisichella.

Montoya in 6th ahead of Barrichello, Trulli, Coulthard and Rosberg

So an exciting final minute was spoiled by Michael Schumacher stopping at the final turn. Replay shows he didn't really hit the armco. He locks up slightly, goes off line and stops in the middle of the corner. Yellow flags (plus his car) force the cars behind to slow down.
