Only confirmed information is that they are trying to repair the gearbox for him as they don't have spares.
This is a risk Ferrari have taken. If they decide to switch to the spare for Barrichello it means he will be stuck with it for 2 races and Michael will not have a spare.

Interesting to note that in the Michelin press release yesterday they claimed that Barrichello was in a F2004M which wasn't the case. Perhaps they know something!

When we say Ferrari are a 1 man team people jump up and down.

Well how do you explain this then ?

In any case it is very bad news for Ferrari. It looks like they have an unreliable car.

Just why does it happen to Barrichello all the time :alright: :(
It can't be all bad luck. Every season something has to happen to Barrichello early in the season to unsettle him.
Call it conspiracy drivel or whatever. It does happen every season and can't be just bad luck

Guys he has not done many test laps in the car. They have a tight budget.
He is having problems with braking and that must be sorted out. If he continues like this it means he has a problem adjusting and will walk away.

He is not finished mentally. That isn't a nice thing to say about him
