:excuse:

F1 greyhound says: Obviously not too exciting a race but nevertheless a great drive from LEWIS, maybe thats the reason for the lack of resonance here?

Great?? Drive??? I don't think so. A good job, yes, but given the fact that no one pressed him or even got CLOSE, I can't say "great." Still he DID embarrass Heikki, didn't he?

I'd agree with you on the obvious note, though. In fact it may have been the most boring F1 race I EVER watched!! :zzzz: (And, given recent years that's saying something!!) But what the race showed me more than anything is, once again, how much Ferrari lost when they let Ross Braun go!

Did Ferrari even HAVE a strategy? Well, not unless you call making sure you don't screw up the pit stops a strategy. Oh, and I almost forgot, asking Kimi to slow down; now there was a MASTER STRATEGIST at work, oh yeah. They could have at least made it INTERESTING; like having Kimi do a spin ... or maybe drive through a chicane.

Let's hope it rains buckets in Brazil. A re-run of the race Fisichella 'won' for Jordan would be nice. Or maybe a result that puts Felipe in second or first place in Brazil and keeps Lewis OUT OF THE POINTS altogether. Maybe Fernando and Kimi can flip to decide who "breaks late and goes wide" in the first turn leaving Lewis out on the grass.

Anything so that we don't end the season with another boring merry-go-round farce. It's been too good overall to end on a down note.

Well it is interesting to read all your thoughts on the race. My better half set the dvd recorder and we sat down to watch it on Monday night but hey he managed to record something entirely different, so I haven't see the race. However it doesn't sound like I missed all that much.
On to the final race. :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?:
