Race starts in 15 minutes.

Weather conditions are partly cloudy.

The cars are on the grid and it appears that Michael will start from the pitlane. This allows the team to change his strategy.

Just to recap, Michael Schumacher was stripped of his pole time after the stewards concluded that he deliberately stopped on the circuit. His qualifying times were deleted and thus starts from the back of the grid.

Alonso starts from Pole with Webber alongside him.
Raikkonen and Montoya share the second row
Barrichello and Trulli share the third row
Coulthard and Rosberg share the fourth row
Fisichella is in 9th after his 3 fastest times were deleted due to blocking David Coulthard in qualifying.

Current air temperature is 24 degrees. Track temperature is 27 degrees. The track temperature is more than 10 degrees less than what it was during qualifying yesterday but it should increase during the race.
