weren't Ferrari very quick in the first session at Monza? They definately flattered to deceive on that occassion. :roll:

The gap (or lack of it) between Heidfeld and the McLaren's would suggest that McLaren were running quite a lot of fuel unless Heidfeld used the option tyre to set that time of course. Was Nico on the soft when he set his rather cracking time?

Yes Heidfeld and Rosberg were on the softer compound. Raikkonen and the 2 McLaren drivers remained on the harder compound

Raikkonen moves into second but is 0.7 seconds behind Massa.

Massa is probably running a different programme as he didn't complete any flyers in the first session
