Felipe Massa has given his first interview after his accident. He wants to get back to racing as soon as possible.

I saw the interview (or perhaps only part of it) on the news this morning. It is good to see Felipe looking so good after what happened.

The helmet manufacturer Schuberth is reporting that they have doubled the strength of the mounting of the visor onto the helmet as a response to Massa's accident.

"We have inserted a titanium disc at the transition from the visor to the helmet where previously there was only plastic" - Oliver Schimpf

Great news

After being given a through medical check, Felipe Massa was at the wheel of a Ferrari F2007 at the Fiorano track today.

He started the day with an installation lap then completed a few laps
