Imho, Nick is one of the top 5 drivers, Webber was hardly disgraced as his team-mate.

Webber is also in my top 5, so there is no implication at all JV.
I have always stated my admiration for Nick's ability, even you willl not find a post that say's otherwise.
If I ever stated that Webber was half a second bettter than Nick, as compared to his previous team-mates I would be very surprised, and would have to implicate a surfeit of wild Turkey

watching Barra struggle with the transition to Honda makes me think that Mark Webber is even better than I thought. To jump from the minardi pedal car to that god-awful Jag and promptly ring its neck with pole etc, then into last years a#%& burning williams with no complaint. Little wonder he was recently awarded the Lorenzo Bandini Trophy for Driving Ability.

Hang on, I think there is a lot of similarities between Button and Webber, both are 6 letter names with a double in the middle
Both have yet to win a race and both have put their cars on Pole only to fall back in the race due to light fuel or a bad start or lack of consistency, etc ....

But if this is about Barrachello struggling, then perhaps it is worth mentioning that the gap between Button and Barrichello doesn't make Michael look good at all. And factor in the preferential treatment Michael gets at Ferrari and it looks worse.
And it also makes Button look good

But I really really do hope that if Webber wins a race, we don't get the crazy reaction from our commentators that we'll have from James Allen if Button ever wins a race.

Wasn't stirring, Mayo, I promise, but I suppose 'mediocre' was a tadge inflammatory, heh. However, I'd still like to see him win, as would most of Australia. And yes, he knows how to play the F1 game as well. Just imagine Webber and Button at Honda - that would be a competitive package - and just how far would both of them have to raise their game? Still think Button would come out on top though.

Hope your in a better mood today JM Your man got into the top ten and his team mate floundered. Oh dear 10 place penalty . At least Jenson had the good sense to get out of his contract with that mediocre team and stick with a bunch of rank amateurs with dilusions of granduer (damn that was gonna be a really venomous satirical put down and I ended up rubbing my own nose in the dirt... Not so fast F1 We have seen a quite massive turn around with the ferrari, we shouldn't write off Honda just yet. They can change they now have enough lousy results to demand heads to roll or improvements made.
