DNF with last then 90% of the race
I think that FIA should think about patching the "engines rule" by stating that only the cars that had a real DNF (which I think is when the driver can not complete 90% of the race distance) would be allowed to change the engine.
That would make people think about retiring or not 'cose even if the driver is in 11th place there is plenty of race to get into the points.
In Malaysia I think that both Ferraris and both Renaults will meke the top four.
