I think from memory that Michael Schumacher debuted with Jordan and then moved to Benetton. So I will go out on a limb and pick Michael Schumacher.

Still remember him getting hit by a marshal's car while he was trying put out the engine fire he had suffered... I'll post the youtube of that incident.
