As he did in Australia. Starting from last and finishing 6th.JayVee wrote:It was a good and close race!
Massa did what he does best, start from pole and win. He is impressive that way but he still needs to impress when he is coming from behind.

I still believe he is the one to beat this year. He is quick and the Ferrari is a very reliable package.

Sure he finished in 6th in Australia but given the gap in the field he should have finished 4th. Remember in Australia it was Ferrari ....... McLaren ....... BMW .............................................................. RenaultBundy wrote:As he did in Australia. Starting from last and finishing 6th.JayVee wrote:It was a good and close race!

I think you are right about Massa. Jean Todt probably got on the radio and told Massa to just cool it and finish. There was a big difference in his driving after the mistake. He is young with perhaps a bit steeper learning curve than Alonso or Hamilton, but he reminds me of a young Nelson Piquet at the same point in his career! There must've been a good reason Ferrari signed him.F1greyhound wrote:I also think his "mistake" at Sepang was way overrated, he tried to pass, was pretty close in achieving that, just missed it, period. i for one think it was well worth the try. Others, KIMI included, didnt, and I have to say MICHAEL never showed such a conservative drive as KIMI in the last couple of races...![]()

That fact that he could out qual Schuey, and beat him authenticates their belief in him, I reckonRE30B#16 wrote:I think you are right about Massa. Kimi is meant to be in the top 2 fastest drivers and Massa has out Q'd him the last 2 races & he didn't get a chance in Aust.Julian Mayo wrote:That fact that he could out qual Schuey, and beat him authenticates their belief in him, I reckonRE30B#16 wrote:I think you are right about Massa. He definitely doesn't get the recognition & praise he deserves.
