If it is sunny track temp will be up high especially that they resurfaced the track and so it is even blacker :shock: :D :shock: :wink:

First Firday practice session underway. Air temperature is 21 and track temperature is 31

A number of drivers have gone out onto the track. No timed laps though

BAR have been banned from this race by the Court of Appeal. BAR are examining their options to see whether they can race on appeal.

Ricardo Zonta (Toyota test driver) is the first to go for a timed lap.

Given the massive amount of testing at this circuit, there won't be much action from the race drivers today.

Zonta's first timed lap is a 1:20.816
