Hamilton second with a 1:17.550. (1.000 behind Alonso!)

He had traffic on the final sector!

Hamilton also on supersofts

Sutil gets airborne but somehow manages to escape hitting the wall of champions!!

30 minutes remain and the order is: Alonso, Hamilton, Heidfeld, Webber, Raikkonen, Massa, Rosberg and Liuzzi.

Looks like there is only one flying lap in those supersofts. :x Even if you let them cool to an entire lap.

McLaren definately found something in the run up to Monaco, it seems they have the faster car on slow and quick circuits. Ferrari must be scratching there heads and McLaren licking there chops! :fly2:

I believe the advantage Ferrari had at the start of the season due to the Bridgestone tyres is now gone!

Keep in mind the momentum McLaren are carrying as a result of their dominating win in Monaco and the huge lead in the constructors.

And half a second slower than Alonso on soft! That's a big gap  the kind of gap we're used to seeing between the top two teams and the also rans.
