Michael goes fastest in the first two sectors but not in the third. He improves his time with a 1:18.235 (2nd)

Albers sets a time of 1:25.051 then Karthikeyan sets a time of 1:21.648

Alonso goes out onto the track for the first time. The 2 Williams, Trulli and Monteiro are the only drivers not to go out yet.

Air temperature is 22 while track temperature is 34
