i dont think Schumi will retire if he loses this year championship.Knowing him he would want to go out on a winning note.
Hope to see the battle between Renault-Ferrari-Mclaren at Imola. :lol:

1st Friday practice underway.

Air temperature 14 degrees, track temperature 27 degrees

Warmer than expected

Most drivers have completed an installation lap except the Renault, Williams and Toyota drivers and Barrichello

No one has set a lap time yet although de la Rosa starts a flyer

de la Rosa shaves almost a second and set a 1:24.066.

Klien who is the 3rd driver for Red Bull here is the 3rd to set a time with a 1:28.741
