It is a tricky situation with the track wet only in certain parts.

Bourdais is the only driver on the track with dry tyres but he was on the radio describing it as a waste of time.

You'd think that with the chances of rain tomorrow and on race day being pretty high they'd have something to do, test or evaluate. But noooooo, this being F1 they just sit there picking their noses for an hour.

Halfway into the session and the top 8 are: Hamilton, Massa, Raikkonen, Alonso, Vettel, Kovalainen, Trulli and Heidfeld

I think the track conditions are neither dry nor wet so it is tricky to even simulate anything

He's just out there for the fun of it, :P If I were an F1 driver I'd do every lap I possibly could! You only get to drive this circuit once a year.

He spun, hit the barriers backwards and dropped the rear wing as he returned to the track!

Alonso goes off but recovers.

It is still slippery out there

Fisichella spins and crashes into the barriers.

Fisichella spun in oil as a result of Raikkonen's hitting the barrier it seems

Session is stopped
