Montoya yet to set a time. Looks like he has a serious problem

Alonso hits traffic and loses time.

Ide spins yet again. Liuzzi goes wide at the same place Rosberg went off but recovers.

Michael sets the fastest 1st sector but doesn't improve.

Session over - Top 8: M Schumacher, Alonso, Fisichella, Massa, Raikkonen, R Schumacher, Button and Villeneuve.

Montoya hasn't set a time this session.
Rosberg spun off, damaged his car. He was 19th fastest.

Qualifying starting shortly. It is sunny with air temperature at 27 degrees and track temperature at 36.

The story so far this weekend is the fight between Michael and Fernando. They have been 1st and 2nd in the 2nd practice yesterday and this morning's practice. Expect the fight to continue in qualifying

Nico Rosberg is in the spare Williams after the team moved the engine from his car which he crashed in morning practice.

Albers spins but recovers
