Did you just forget that the FIA forced the V8 engine rule on the teams ? What Concorde agreement ? what technical directors ?
As I said, the FIA can do whatever they want if they (i.e Max) wanted to and they have proved that before, be it technical regulation, over-ruling their own people, imposing ridiculous penalities, you name it.

The thing is K-D makes sense a lot of times but it seems when it comes to the FIA he doesn't oh and when he picks Bambino driver to win every race. Just those two, maybe there is more
