Ain't predicting anything.JayVee wrote:Are you then predicting Webber may be driving for Renault before the end of the season ?Julian Mayo wrote:I suspect Fisi may be out of a job by August, Webber has said he will go where Flavio tells him to go......do I sense a healthy debate brewing??JayVee wrote:Of course of course but isn't Webber going to Renault in 2008 in a driver swap after he destroys Coulthard and Kovalainen destroys Fisichella![]()

Or has Piquet Jr reserved that place already
If he impresses in the Red Bull (he should) and if Fisichella stuffs up a few races (he could and maybe would) then it could happen and then Webber will be in a top car - finally. It is entirely possible

Smart move.
Actually I don't think any of us can predict anything of any value, unless of course you are privvy to all the teams information..
which I doubt.
Though I guess one could have a crystal ball or two floating around...

I do like to float the odd hypothesis, run something up the flagpole n see who salutes, throw in the odd curve-ball, and extrapolate the occasional posit.

Yes Alonso may well the "the cute" or as he is now named... "the even cuter" but from now on I shall call Webber... "Mark the devastatingly handsome". And to stay on topic.. I think he will be challenging for top three/four this year.

I love to see close battles and if that is between Alonso and Webber then all the better. As long as we have fair racing on track and fair team tactics then I will enjoy it.jacfan wrote:I for one would love to see Webber get his chance to show us all what he can do.JayVee wrote:Newey is one of the best out there but sometimes he goes overboard. top 5 in the first year, or a complete dog. I like to think.....he has had a long time to think about things
But I hope that this one is a good car that gives Webber a real chance to shine!Beep beep... move over Alonso...
But it is serious crystal ball gazing. First Webber has to be outstanding in the RBR so he jumps into the Renault then he has to be outstanding there to be close to Alonso
I'm back and yes supporting Alonso "The Cute" in the Ferrari!

Perhaps you need to find a symbol for Alonso.. and then call him TDFKAATC.. hmmmm too much of a mouthful. For those of you playing at home... that is The Driver Formally Known As Alonso The Cute!!! or Cuter..
