The Spanish Grand Prix is on the 27th of April. Pick submissions close on the 25th of April prior to the start of the 1st Friday practice session at 10:00 local time (08:00 GMT).

Go ahead and submit your picks here then come back and paste your picks on this thread let the rest know why you think this pick is the right one.

Second: Kimi Raikkonen

Third: Lewis Hamilton

Fourth: Nick Heidfeld

Fifth: Mark Webber

Sixth: Robert Kubica

Seventh: Jarno Trulli

Eighth: David Coulthard

Pole: Lewis Hamilton

Had my best result ever last race so these should be totally off the mark.

Great to see Danica Patrick break through for a win in Indy Cars

1st} Nick Heidfeld(hey, if Danica can win at Motegi, I should be able to win in Spain.....right, Dr. Thiessen?

2nd} Kimi Raikkonen(wasn't her win a fuel strategy win....like we ain't seen that in F1?

It's only Wednesday here... and they're still sweeping up the Danica Patrick confetti from the streets!! Ahh... THIS YEAR old INDY will be ROCKING again.

but first, back to the pinnacle of motor racing, F1, Grand Prix, the CLASS of world auto sport; the most sophisticated, most technically advanced, most expensive, most beautiful, most brilliant, most snazzy, most enlightened and most sclerotic, most rule bound, corporate, and money driven example of cynical, back-stabbing, hypocritical and snidely captained and morally [?!?!] supervised, racing series in the world!!

For Barcelona, Two Time WDC Fernando Alonso's 'Home Race,' the points will go to:

Kimi Raikkonen in the Ferrari with the hole in the nose because he should be over his desert sniffles by now...

Lewis Hamilton in the McLaren without holes in the nose because if he doesn't get going soon, he'll be an afterthought for 2008!

Felipe Massa in the other Ferrari, because it IS the other Ferrari
and
4th will be Robert Kubica in the BMW/Sauber

5th will be Heikki Kovalainen in the other McLaren

6th will be Nick Heidfeld in the other BMW/Sauber

7th will go to Fernando Alonso because Jay Vee loves him even more than I do

and the last point will be: handsome Nico Rosberg in the Williams,

because I can't bring myself to put a Toyota or a Honda in the points yet!

Well here are my picks for Spain .... should push me up the rankings

The picks you have entered are:

Winner: Felipe Massa - I think he will continue his winning form
Second: Heikki Kovalainen - Confidence gaining
Third: Kimi Raikkonen - First Bahrain then Spain ... pehaps I will recover in Turkey .... NOT!!
Fourth: Fernando Alonso - Last race I was optimistic, this time, it is a real possibility - besides I live him more than Jim does

Fifth: Lewis Hamilton - Has to continue chasing Alonso
Sixth: Nick Heidfeld - The best he can do
Seventh: Jarno Trulli - For some reason once Ralf left, Trulli is shining, looks like the Toyota people we listening to the wrong guy
Eighth: David Coulthard - Taking a risk here but I suspect he's had enough crashes already!!

Pole: Felipe Massa - This time Kubica won't have a light tank

Winner : Kimi Raikkonen- My favoutrite driver for a number of years.

Second : Felipe Massa- Ferrari one-two

Third : Lewis Hamilton- Best outside of Ferrari

Fourth : Robert Kubica- Impressed me this year

Fifth : Heikki Kovalainen- Safe steady pick.

Sixth : Nick Heidfeld- Too good not to be in top eight.
Seventh : Fernando Alonso- Picked him for too many years not to have him in my picks.

Eighth : Mark Webber- Wildcard prediction.

Pole : Kimi Raikkonen. Came very close to picking Hamilton.
