Ladies and gentleman,we are pleased to announce that the new quiz will be along next Saturday(that is the 21st May).

There will be two quizzes of twenty questions-the Formula 1 quiz and a General Knowledge quiz.

I shall prod Ed to see if we can find any prizes for anyone who gets all of them correct.Whilst I haven't been looking after you lot,I've managed to get the house tidied and catch some rays in the garden*

If anyone has any questions they wish to contribute,feel free to do so!

Prizes, well I thought Ed mentioned prizes when this started but now all the past questions have been removed. Cheeky

Oh and next Saturday is the 14th, the 21st is Saturday week

Yes, but you have to get it right. To them tomorrow is this Saturday, and the 21st IS next Saturday

I removed some of the old threads as I thought it might make the forum a bit less cluttered and confused,to avoid ending up with several sets of Quiz 1's floating round.I still have them copied if anyone desperately wants them and Ed has said that he'd rather they were left,so in the future they'll stay

If,today is Thursday 12th then Saturday 14th is THIS Saturday.
Saturday 21st will be NEXT Saturday.
Saturday 28th will be a FORTNIGHT Saturday.

Well my dear Julian, you may not be aware of the fact... as you haven't bothered to enter any... but I have been running a couple of contests over the last couple of months. Ed had agreed to me doing quizzes but now that lemon is back then I don't know whether I have just been taken out of the equation. I know the quizzes I have done so far have been a bit different but I was not going to just keep doing them and had other ideas up my sleeve for some fun in the future. Now I don't know if I will be able to do them.

Sadly we haven't heard from lemon_martini2 for a while now but that doesn't affect what you are doing jacfan at all. As long as you are happy doing your quizzes, then keep doing them and we will give you full support.

BTW: You are doing a great job and I will try to enter myself (don't think I am smart enough though

)

Thanks Ed. I was just a bit worried that with lemon coming back to do the quizzes again that I might not be needed or wanted in that direction.
I enjoy doing the quizzes and look forward to doing some more fun things in the future. I love this site

We'd love to see lemon_martini2 back but we haven't heard from him for a while now!

Like all the active members here on this forum, if you have an idea and can commit to it then you are always welcome to try it on this forum (as long as it is within the rules

)

And I am sure everyone here loves you jacfan & you're always needed and wanted and we'll make sure it stays that way
