Why are Toyota dithering?

Post by grandprixdiary » Fri Oct 09, 2009 5:24 pm

I am amused and amazed in equal proportions at how John Howett is 'handling' driver selection for next year. Glock has been left in limbo - despite being an obvious choice to keep while Trulli was all but dismissed in a live TV interview with Howett during the Suzuka weekend.

Now he says that the team deserve Raikkonen who is all but firm at McLaren and they missed out on Kubica by dithering over money.

Too little too late, once the musical chairs stop they'll be left with the drivers nobody else wants.

My (humble) opinion, keep Glock for a bit of continuity and grab Bruno Senna before somebody else does :)
