Predict Fastest Lap time (Turkey - Graham Ross closest!)

Post by Tim » Wed Aug 17, 2005 7:09 pm

Its time again for you to have a crack at the Fastest Lap time of the Race so lets see who can be closest to the Fastest Lap time this round.
If someone gets a perfect match or near perfect (+/- 0.1 seconds), we'll give away a prize. And an even better prize if you get the time and the driver and better still if you get the time, the driver and the lap number!

Please include the time to the 1000's of a second, the driver and the lap number. You can if you wish include a wet time as well

As this is a new track, there is no time from last year. The computer simulations predict a theoritcal lap time of around 1:24

The Fine Print
One entry (dry and wet) per user with one change per condition allowed. Entries close prior to the start of qualifying session on Saturday
The winner will be the one who manages to predict the closest time. You need to be within 0.1 seconds of fastest lap time to be declared the winner.
In case of two players predicting the same time and driver, the player who submitted earlier will be the winner.
Changing time and/or driver is allowed only once and the change cannot be a max or min to try and gain advantage (eg. if the highest fastest time posted is a 1:45.345, a player cannot change their time to a time above that)

Graham Ross was just 0.142 seconds off the actual time and picked the right driver and was just 7 laps off the exact lap.
Well done Graham. That was certainly close given that it is a new track!

Congratulations on picking such a close time!

Once again keep it up guys and tell others to participate too!

Good luck in Italy!
