Problems for Liuzzi!
http://www.pitpass.com/fes_php/pitpass_ ... t_id=26914
If you can't be bothered to open the link, sources at Red Bull have told www.pitpass.com that Liuzzi's future at Red Bull is in doubt. Now I can understand that if they were not impressed with his driving that they would want to drop him. However, the issue at hand has nothing to do with the poor blokes driving. Instead it has to do with his gradual transformation to solar power. Yes Liuzzi is reported to be going bald.
While I am sure it is fine for drivers to go bald in other teams, although I can't think of any F1 drivers that were, evidently Red Bull do not think the image of a bald bloke is something they want to be associated with. I guess fit young blokes doing man things are not supposed to go bald.
Obviously being in testing season has meant that people have to look further for a story, but that does not necessarily mean it is a load of bollocks.
I will leave you with this thought. If he has no hair, then his helmut will sit a good couple of mm closer to his melon. This will could make airflow into the engine intake cleaner, not to mention the obvious weight advantage of not having all those grams of hair he will have over someone like Alonso, who clearly has at least 3 kilos of hair.

Ok, Lewis may win the WDC in 07, but Sato will beat him in 08.

Wait a sec. Are you saying, rah, that Red Bull's thinking of dumping Liuzzi......because he's going bald!!! What's next, are all the teams going to check drivers for baldness...!!!

Yeah, they have just spent $200 000 on designing a sort of bald-o-meter, you place it on the drivers head, and if it clicks twice, then he is going bald, however the scientists did lose the first meter after trying to test Alonso....apparently the meter "Just Dissapeared".....

Mind you, DC doesnt have all that much hair either, and they dont seem to be letting him go........but then agin, he is celebrating about his 60th birthday this year.....

In the meantime how many follicly challenged drivers have won a GP?
Fangio and Moss were a bit thin on top. JV, stats if you please

I believe that Liuzzi did a great job as a rookie, but Klein demonstrated more overall performance. Klein drove more like a veteran.
Klein also has stronger Red Bull ties. He is a strong tester which probably suits Adrian Newey a bit better.

The problem I have with Klein and his ability can be expressed simply. A number of people on this forum don't rate Mark Webber. MW simply blew Klein off the track. Yes Webber blew away Klein who was a rookie with not much of an impressive record. i.e that was expected of him.Julian Mayo wrote:The problem I have with Klein and his ability can be expressed simply. If Webber was that good he should have blown Heidfeld away.
And he would be expected to blow Nico the rookie away this year but Nico isn't Klein so Webber better take note.

I don't think there is a driver out there who can blow Nick Heidfield away. He is a genuine potential champion. I rate him as being the fastest driver with the coolest head in the entire field. As for young Nico, Mark was apparantly the guy who voted longest and loudest for him with SFW. So I would imgine that Mark has taken note.
